Frost Hut Refund and Exchanges Policy

Overview

At Frost Hut, we are dedicated to providing high-quality moissanite and gold jewelry. We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines to ensure a fair process for both parties.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. (If any are suppose to be attached)
    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
  2. Return Window

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Restocking Fee

    • A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
  5. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 10-14 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the restocking fee.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable.
  2. Exchange Window

    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Exchange Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us and for the shipment of the new item.
  4. Processing Time

    • Once we receive your item for exchange, please allow 10-14 business days for inspection and processing. The new item will be shipped to you upon approval.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Upon inspection and approval, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
